The challenge

A UK water utility with 6,000 employees needed a way to ensure consistent, compliant communications. Existing guidelines were extensive but rarely referenced in practice.

The solution

We built a Chrome extension that analyzes text as employees draft in Gmail, Outlook, and internal tools. The extension scores drafts against the utility's communication guidelines, flags issues, and suggests improvements in real-time.
