The challenge

Mig Mig Gastro is a family-run pizzeria and kebab bar in Churwalden, Graubünden, serving Churwalden, Parpan and Lenzerheide. Orders arrived by phone during the dinner rush, the menu lived in a PDF and on the wall, and mountain-village search traffic — a guest in a hotel room looking for pizza in Churwalden — had nowhere to land. The site had to work for regulars and short-stay tourists alike, on a phone, one-handed, after 20:00.

The solution

We built a fast Next.js site around three actions: order online, reserve a table, call. Online ordering runs through the restaurant's own GloriaFood account, so orders land in the system the kitchen already works from instead of a second inbox. The menu is a structured, browsable page rather than a PDF, and the gallery, about and catering pages carry the real story — a 450°C beechwood stone oven, family-run since 2012, 100% Swiss meat. Live open/closed state, delivery windows and delivery zones sit in the hero so guests know before they tap. Dark mode, a language switcher, a mobile-first layout with a persistent call button, and location/hours/menu markup for local search complete it.

The impact

The restaurant has a single public front door: online ordering during the 17:00–21:00 delivery window, table reservations, and tap-to-call on every screen. Menu, hours, delivery zones and contact details are maintained in one place instead of across a PDF, a printed board and third-party listings — and the kitchen kept its existing GloriaFood workflow, with no new device and no new process.
